WaterTite is 100% vapor permeable, repelling water while allowing moisture vapor to escape. Our water repellent is dilution stable and VOC compliant. WaterTite was developed to treat a wide variety of mineral substrates including brick, architectural concrete, concrete block, splitface block, pavers, stucco, porous and exposed aggregate concrete. WaterTite is not recommended for below grade applications where hydrostatic pressure can be significant. • Provides excellent water repellency to reduce cracking, spalling, freeze/ thaw damage, chemical degradation, biological growth, efflorescence, and dirt pickup, thereby lengthening substrate life and reducing maintenance costs. • Provides excellent beading for improved aesthetics • Low VOC emissions on curing; EPA compliant • WaterTite is UV stable and resistant to biological degradation for longer service life leading to less cost for repetitive applications • WaterTite can improve adhesion of paints to mineral substances thus priming them for painting. • Cleans up with water • Apply on dry unsaturated surface, in 33° temperatures or higher. WaterTite will cure in 2 -to- 3 hours in above freezing temperatures.
Penetrates better than the competing water based water repellents! HELPFUL HINT! Should Watertite get onto a glass surface, create a solution of 1 part dish soap and 1 part rubbing alchohol and use as a cleaning solution to remove.
