Designed to clamp directly to any Best-Flex Liner. It sits over the Top Plate preventing the Best-Flex Liner from slipping down.
The Storm Collar sits over the Top Clamp to shed rain water away from the assembly.
The TP Top Plate w/ no Collar sits directly on the chimney crown. it creates a supporting platform for the TC Top Clamp to sit on.
