Paint “N” Peel Fireplace Cleaner is a water-based, cleaning poultice, that removes unsightly smoke, soot, creosote, and dirt stains from masonry fireplace fronts and hearths.

Ventubes are hollow, stainless steel, cylinders installed in chimneys that provide cross ventilation for large flues. When properly installed, they prevent moisture damage from condensation in the large cavities that surround the flue liners. The Ventubes do this by allowing up to 85% of the condensation inside of the cavity to escape.

TIPS: HeatShield Adhesion Promoter is a liquid additive that is added to HeatShield Cerfractory Flue sealant or HeatShield Cerfractory Foam upon mixing to further promote adhesion or bonding to flue tiles and masonry surfaces. Because the interior surfaces of masonry chimneys and fireplaces are often difficult to clean and prep, the use of HeatShield Adhesion Promoter ensures maximum bonding potential.

The HeatShield Flue Sealant & Repair System was developed to restore flue tile and masonry chimney interiors to their original integrity. In suitable chimneys, HeatShield can provide a very effective and durable repair system. It can be applied solely to open mortar joints, or a thin coating can be applied to the entire flue to fill joints, seal cracks, and structurally reinforce clay flue lined chimney interiors.
TIPS: Tie Coat Accelerator is added to each 50 lb. bucket of HeatShield Cerfractory Flue Sealant to reduce the drying time of the tie coat application. Faster dry times allow you to perform the resurfacing repair sooner and save time on the job.
